```Duties```- position follows a school schedule (day time hours/time off etc.).- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans-Provide parent training sessions when needed remotely or during school hours- Provide training and supervision to other staff members within the district- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans```Qualifications```- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and team members- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt treatment plans as needed- Commitment to providing high-quality care in a compassionate mannerNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
