We are looking for driven individuals to join a growing sales team as a Sales Development Representative. No previous sales experience is required. We are looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop within a commercial environment.

The Role

As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective customers. You will receive training and support to develop your sales skills and build the foundations for a long term career in B2B sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reaching out to prospective customers through phone, email and LinkedIn
• Speaking with key decision makers and understanding their business needs
• Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
• Booking meetings for the wider sales team
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Developing your commercial knowledge and understanding of the sales process
