Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner — Flourish Together Therapy
Flourish Together Therapy is based in Phoenix and Scottsdale, with a growing Washington State team and 11 clinicians providing individual, couples, adolescent, and family therapy. The client base is growing fast, and so is the need for psychiatric support alongside therapy. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who wants more than just a caseload — someone who wants to be part of a collaborative team making a real impact across Arizona and Washington.
This is a chance to build a psychiatric program from the ground up within an already-thriving practice, with full clinical autonomy, a dedicated billing and admin team handling the paperwork, and a culture that genuinely protects work-life harmony.
Compensation & Schedule
$80 per billable hour
Minimum of 15 hours per week; 20–25 hours per week welcomed
In-person in Scottsdale, AZ and/or hybrid for virtual care
Open to W2 for the right candidate, with benefits available for W2 employees
