We’re actively hiring an Entry Level Event Assistant to help execute high-impact, public-facing campaigns for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of in-person marketing and outreach events

Represent nonprofit partners at festivals, community events, and retail pop-up locations

Engage with the public to promote social causes, share campaign messages, and encourage participation

Manage event signage, inventory, and the distribution of promotional materials

Track event performance and report engagement data to campaign leadership
