Duties

• Perform diverse beauty services including hair styling, hair color, blonding, nail services, body waxing, eyelash extensions, eyelash lift & tints and brow laminations. (Not all are required, open to discussion)
• Manage guest appointments efficiently using salon software to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering product demos, upselling retail products, and educating clients on treatment options.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards across all treatments and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Engage actively with social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and attract new clients.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting guests, checking in appointments via salon software, and managing retail sales to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay current on industry trends such as color theory and new treatment techniques to continually elevate service quality.
• Support team collaboration by participating in ongoing training sessions focused on management skills and advanced beauty procedures.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license required.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of services offered.
• Knowledge of salon management software for scheduling and client management.
• Expertise in a variety of treatments preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options and aftercare instructions.
• Experience with social media management to promote services effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols across all treatments.
• Ability to work flexible evening and weekend hours in an environment that values hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Pay: $23.03 - $27.74 per hour
