This internship is a gateway to explore the realms of multimedia editing and production. We offer a flexible and empowering environment where interns can hone their creative instincts and acquire real-world insights into multimedia roles. We will provide the resources necessary to succeed, and encourage growth through empowering feedback to develop your skills and knowledge. Although unpaid, the internship is rich with learning experiences, and there is an option to apply for school credit.

🎥 Role & Responsibilities:

• Pre-Production Planning: Organize and prepare for video and podcast productions.
• Technical Management: Handle setup, execution, and resolution of technical issues.
• Content Creation & Distribution: Edit, create show notes, and distribute content efficiently.
• Guest Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with guests and ensure smooth execution of recordings.
• Production Assistance: Help in the organization and execution of assigned production events, maintaining timelines and deadlines.
• Cross-Company Coordination: Communicate with team members to determine capacity and priority to ensure smooth execution across companies.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in training and education provided by Flourish, on subjects pertaining to video and podcast editing and production, software, and creative media.

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Pursuing higher education.
• Related work and software experience and is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in G-Suite, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
