Client Support Specialist

We are a small mental health practice in Winter Park, FL looking for a Client Support Specialist to help with intake and client communications. You don't need medical experience — just basic computer skills and a warm, friendly voice on the phone. You will be the first person new clients talk to when they reach out for help.
What You'll Do :
Phone & Client Support
- Answer new client calls – people call to ask about therapy services
- Explain our free 30-minute consultation – tell callers what to expect
- Take messages for therapists – write down who called and why
Intake & Paperwork
- Email intake forms to new clients (consent forms, basic info)
- Check that forms are signed before the first appointment
- Print forms and worksheets for therapists when needed
Scheduling Support
- Schedule first consultations into Google Calendar
- Send appointment reminders – call or text patients the day before
Data Entry (Excel)
- Type new client names and phone numbers into Excel
- Keep a simple log of consultations and who scheduled
Emails & General Tasks
- Check the practice email – answer simple questions or forward to therapists
- Update client contact info when something changes
Requirements
- Basic computer skills – know how to type, use Excel, send emails
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable on the phone – you will talk to people who may be nervous
- Reliable internet and quiet space (for hybrid days)
- US work authorization
