Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provides clinical services such as assessments, individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention services.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to help clients achieve desired outcomes
- Maintains an accurate and complete clinical record for each client served
- Assists in program development and planning as assigned.
- Collaborates and coordinates with other service providers involved in client care in the community to promote integrated and holistic care.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations, when handling client information
- Builds a natural support system in the community for clients served.
- Promotes progressive pro-social interventions
Required Experience/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience.
- Active license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LICDC, LCDC III)
- Must pass BCI check and employment drug screen.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or SUD is preferred
- Knowledge of ICD-10 diagnostic codes and their application in clinical practice
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
