Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral analysis and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities and supervising technicians, RBT's and BTT's. This role involves working closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, EFL and other assessments) to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and support.
  • Build and maintain positive family/caregiver relationships throughout the course of treatment and regular parent training meetings.
  • Provide training and support to staff on ABA techniques and best practices in behavior management.
  • Supervise designated clients at minimum 20% of scheduled hours per week
  • Supervise designated RBT's at minimum 5% of scheduled hours per month
  • Provide feedback, encouragement, training, support and leadership to the team of BTT, RBTs and BTs.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Keep up to date with the latest state and BACB regulatory guidelines and ethics to ensure you remain in compliance and maintain license credentialing.
  • Conduct job duties in a professional manner to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Flourish ABA Learning Center.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health, including trends in autism treatment and special education.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner (session notes, reports, prior auths, etc.
  • Submit prior auths to insurance providers when directed by Executive Clinical Director.
  • Ability to identify areas where the company could use organizational improvement and initiate improvement measures.
  • Ability to provide straight-forward feedback to the leadership team members.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required and meet state-specific requirements.
  • At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care protocols, and data collection methods.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations concerning patient confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • A passion for improving the lives of individuals & their families through Applied Behavior Analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
