What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional service to every guest, every time.
- Guide guests through the menu, highlighting seasonal dishes, wine pairings, and specials.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, wine list, and cocktail program.
- Communicate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate orders.
- Set and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized section.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle payments accurately and follow all cash-out procedures.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Uphold Flour’s service standards, dress code, and code of conduct at all times.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in full-service restaurants (Italian or chef-driven experience a plus).
- Warm, professional communication skills and a hospitality-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for food, wine, and learning.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Punctuality, reliability, and weekend/evening availability.
- Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
