If so, we have the opportunity for you! Flour Bakery Cafe is now hiring for a full-time Prep staff position. The Prep position requires flexible availability and will report directly to the Kitchen Manager but will also be given direction from other location managers.
The current open position requires the availability to work 7am-3pm - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 2 other weekday shifts
Day-to-Day Performance Expectations:
The starting wage for this position is $15.50 - $17.50 per hour ($15.50 per hour a shared percentage of the sales known as the BOH appreciation, which on average adds around $2 per hour).

Day-to-Day Performance Expectations:
- Execute prep list as written by KM or lead prep.
- Note the order in which tasks are to be completed.
- Provide support for coworkers in order to ensure prep is being done efficiently.
- Follow all recipes and techniques in food preparation.
- Be another set of eyes on product/Mom test
- Provide constructive feedback for the staff
- Handle food and clean stations per standard sanitation procedures.
- Assist with kitchen upkeep and deep cleaning tasks when production list is complete
- Help maintain an orderly and clean kitchen
- Demonstrate an active passion for Flour and our mission
- Eager to learn
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Great sense of urgency and hospitality
- Demonstrates good personal hygiene
- Able to take feedback and direction
