Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive and depart, providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct security checks and screen visitors to ensure age and safety protocols are followed.
- Respond promptly to any conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required, providing clear communication and support.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports for record-keeping purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a doorman, security guard, or in law enforcement is highly desirable.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, or related emergency response training preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Background in military or security services is a plus, demonstrating discipline and situational awareness.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and authorities.
