Orthodontic Assistant
Flossy Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. As an affiliate of the award-winning Flossy Pediatric Dentistry, we're committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience while creating healthy, confident smiles.
Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient care
- Take digital scans, photographs, and radiographs
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Help create a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certifications required by South Carolina law
- 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
