Are you ready to take on a role where you’re not just helping patients but also driving the success of the practice? At FLOSS Magnolia, we’re seeking a Patient Care Advocate — a hybrid role combining patient support, treatment coordination, and practice administration.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves patient interaction but also wants to be involved in the business side of dentistry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet patients and provide a welcoming, supportive experience
  • Present treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner
  • Submit and track claims, follow up on EOBs
  • Handle patient accounts, billing, and financial arrangements
  • Assist with hygiene/treatment recall and reactivation calls to keep patients on track with care
  • Monitor production, collections, and practice KPIs to support office goals
  • Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the dental field (front office, treatment coordination, or insurance)
  • Strong knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
  • Tech-savvy (OpenDental experience a plus)
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-first environment
