Location: FLOSS Tomball
Work Setting: In-person
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)
Compensation: Salary performance incentives and growth-based raises
Who We’re Looking For
We are searching for someone we call “batteries included” - self-driven, proactive, dependable, and goal-oriented. Someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without waiting to be asked.
✔ Must have 1–2 years of dental experience (front office, treatment coordination, insurance, or clinical)
✔ Skilled in patient communication and confident discussing treatment and finances
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by results
✔ Someone who wants more than a job — someone looking for a career with a future in leadership
❌ If you have not worked in dentistry before - this is not the role for you
What You’ll Do
Patient Experience & Treatment Presentations
- Present treatment plans confidently, clearly, and with compassion
- Discuss finances, insurance breakdowns, and payment options (CareCredit, Cherry, Proceed Finance, etc.)
- Help patients overcome fear, confusion, and financial barriers to say “yes” to care
- Follow up with pending treatment and assist with recall/reactivation to keep patients on track
Financial & Administrative Coordination
- Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and follow up on unpaid balances/EOBs
- Manage patient accounts, financial agreements, and accurate ledgers
- Assist in monitoring production, collections, and case acceptance metrics
- Assist Doctor/Regional Manager with day to day task
Team Leadership & Growth
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient flow
- Use systems, scripts, and training provided to elevate case acceptance
- Develop leadership skills and prepare for upward movement into office management
