Position Overview
We are seeking an Associate Dentist who is:
- Skilled in bread-and-butter dentistry
- Comfortable with treatment planning and presenting comprehensive care
- Interested in growing in implants, cosmetics, endo, and/or sedation
- Motivated by production, quality, and excellent patient outcomes
- Able to build rapport and maintain long-term patient trust
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily Guarantee: $800-$1000 daily for first 3 months

Schedule
- Monday – Friday (varies by location)
- Fridays available for high-demand clinicians
- No weekends
- Immediate start for the right candidate
What We’re Looking For
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas Dental License (or ability to obtain)
- Implant experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and chairside skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality dentistry
- Team-oriented mindset
