About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our US team. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications who is eager to take ownership of projects, manage timelines and ensure the successful execution of brand initiatives and product introductions in the North American market.
The Marketing Manager will report functionally to the central marketing team in the HQ in Europe and directly support content, brand implementation and product launch in line with global guidelines. This person will oversee all local marketing activities, ensuring alignment with international standards while adapting to the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and adapt global brand and communication strategies and product launches within the US market.
- Manage and coordinate marketing projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Oversee content creation, PR, media relations, events, and customer-facing communication activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with agencies and external partners, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Act as the main point of contact between the US market and the global marketing team.
- Monitor and report on project performance, budget and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing management, with exposure to communication, PR, and client engagement.
- Proven experience in project management, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage external agencies effectively.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
