What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Assistant Manager/Host position at Florrie Kaye's Tearoom?
Busy well established unique restaurant is looking for a part time assistant manager for the front of house. This can grown into full time with the right person.
Schedule needed is: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday from about 10 am - 4:00/5:00 pm. Hours vary slightly. **Please do not apply if you can't work these days**
Unique opportunity for someone who has waitress and has restaurant experience and looking to grow and learn the ins and outs of the business. Willing to train the right person who is looking to join a family business that is growing rapidly.

Responsibilities:
Handling reservation requests via phone and email. Creating the seating chart for each day and being responsible for table layout.
**Most importantly being a face on the floor and making sure all diners are having a perfect experience. Warm, friendly personality is a must!*
Running private events (Extra pay provided for events)

Must have valid drivers license and vehicle.
Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds without difficulty. Must be comfortable in a very fast paced dining room/kitchen. Willing to pitch in and clear tables when needed, carry trays, team player who jumps in when needed.
