Residential Carpenter

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on residential carpentry experience, is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential framing, trim, and finish carpentry
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, molding, and other finish materials
- Complete remodeling, renovation, and repair projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work independently and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential carpentry experience (required)
- Knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and/or drug screening if required
