Floro’s Mercantile is a modern, women’s boutique located on South Street in downtown Glens Falls. We are seeking polished, personable, and style-driven individuals to join our team as Part-Time Retail Associates.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fashion, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and wants to be part of building a new, elevated retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to every guest
- Assist customers with styling, outfit building, and product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Support merchandising and restocking of new arrivals
- Operate the POS system for purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store environment
