Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales.
- Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively.
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable.
- Expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and beverage recipe development.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management.
