Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Train and develop staff, including assistant managers, to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory, including food handling and kitchen supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement training development programs to improve team efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and convenience store areas.
- Assist in budgeting processes to optimize operational costs while maintaining quality service.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high morale among staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the gas staion industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong background in staff training and development, with proven success in building effective teams.

- Experience in convenience store or gas stion management is a plus.
