Floridian Builders is looking for an experienced, highly detail-oriented Luxury Residential Construction Project Manager who can oversee all aspects of high-end home construction from pre-construction through final delivery, ensuring exceptional results and a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing high-end custom homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project operations, scheduling, and coordination of trades.
- Full-time on-site supervision over all construction activities.
- Oversee field and office teams to ensure work meets design intent, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Ensure all safety, permitting, and inspection requirements are met.
- Review construction documents, shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
- Track budgets, change orders, and project costs to ensure financial accuracy.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in custom or luxury residential construction project management.
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in construction management, or equivalent demonstrated experience in the field.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and luxury finishes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Bluebeam or equivalent software).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
