Previous call center & customer service experience. Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems and verbal communication skills essential. Credit Union experience is not required.

Member Services Representative - Call Center - English or Bi-lingual
- To assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area.
- Answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve; refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.
- Identifies cross sell opportunities and cross sells services to members.
- Assures that appropriate procedures are followed and that proper forms are prepared accurately.
- Assists other departments and branches, including performing paying and receiving duties as a teller when needed.
- Maintains member account information on computer system.
- Direct all phone calls to the appropriate person with minimum transfers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- All employees are made aware of their responsibilities under the BSA/CIP/OFAC
