Floridacentral Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Specialist (MSS) to help members secure their financial future.  We’re looking for an enthusiastic representative to join our growing team at Floridacentral Credit Union. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Loan Counseling: Advise members on auto loans, credit cards, home equity lines, and first mortgages.
• Account Management: Open and maintain checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs.
• Financial Education: Deliver personalized guidance to help members make informed financial decisions.
• Sales & Service: Promote credit union products and services, meeting goals while prioritizing member needs.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the credit union in-branch and in the community, building trust and lasting relationships.

What You Bring:

• Experience in loan origination and account management.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• A passion for community engagement and building member relationships.
• A sales and goal-driven attitude with an ability to keep members’ needs met.
