What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of branch management or leadership experience in financial services
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for serving others and creating positive change
- Strong knowledge of financial products, branch operations, and regulatory compliance
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related experience preferred
