Florida Wing Factory is hiring for an Assistant Kitchen Manager position.
Applicants should have at least 2 years background in restaurant and kitchen management experience.
Applicants must have open availability for this position to cover opening and closing shifts.
Applicants must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time and lift up to 40lbs.
This position is responsible for sending food out correct and timely, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, overseeing staff operations, covering call-outs and being a leader in the kitchen.
We are seeking someone that is experienced, a quick-learner and looking for long-term employment with a growing business. Some additional duties may include making sauces and taking inventory.
Starting pay based on experience and qualifications.
**An accredited Food Manager Certification is necessary for the position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
