What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Clerk/Receptionist position at Florida Tire Terminal?
General Office Clerk
We are looking for someone to handle multiple tasks in our Retail location of our family owned tire shop.
Responsibilities would include:
-Answering phone calls / assisting customer or taking messages
-Greeting customers as they enter shop and assist with getting their needs taken care of
-Quoting customers on new tires
-Checking and receiving inventory into the system
-Checking customers out and collecting payment
-Filing, Organizing and Cleaning of the office and lobby, bathrooms, kitchen daily. Taking out trash, dusting - staying busy when there is down time!
It is necessary to speak both English and Spanish to properly help our customer base.
It is important be have proper computer skills to handle daily tasks with ease. Someone who is friendly and personable to leave the customers feeling appreciated.
Driven, motivated and willingness to keep busy and be proactive if no one is available at a moment to give direction. Speaking English and Spanish is necessary.
Track sales, and service via excel sheets monthly.
Hours will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30 pm possibility and some Saturday hours 8am-12pm occasionally.
