Role Description
The Dean of Academic Affairs is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Orlando. The position involves overseeing academic programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and managing curriculum development to meet institutional goals. The Dean will collaborate with faculty to support student success, foster innovation in teaching and learning, and lead the development of academic policies. Additional responsibilities include managing enrollment processes, coordinating with student affairs teams, and ensuring the highest quality of education delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Accreditation and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development, designing educational programs, and maintaining academic quality.
- Demonstrated experience in Academic Administration, including staff management and operational planning.
- Knowledge of Enrollment Management and strategies to achieve institutional enrollment goals.
- Experience working with Student Affairs to enhance the student experience and promote academic success.
- Advanced degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; doctoral degree preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a higher education setting is highly desirable.
