Pest control customer service reps are responsible for fielding customer calls, assisting customers in scheduling service appointments and resolving concerns, monitoring accounts receivables, analyzing customer needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions, provide office support to field technicians and maintain detailed customer records. The position requires a lot of time on the phone, a good deal of patience and the ability to multi-task.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- High School Diploma or GED
