Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Tallahassee, FL, for a Rugby Coach at Florida State University Women's Rugby Club. The Rugby Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, and providing individual feedback to players. The coach will also be responsible for promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while ensuring the safety and welfare of all team members. Additionally, the coach will mentor players, communicate effectively with club members and university administration, and oversee the recruitment of new players.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Rugby Union and Rugby skills
- Strong Communication and Training skills
- Experience in Sports Coaching is a plus
- Ability to mentor and develop players
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals
- Prior experience in coaching a women's team is a plus
