What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher(Summer Camp) position at Florida State Elks Association, Inc.?
This position is for our Florida Elks Youth Camp. We operate as summer camp from May to August.
```Duties```
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Sweep or scrub floors
```Skills```
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food service and food handling procedures
- Basic cooking skills are a plus
- Experience with bussing tables or working in a hotel or culinary setting is desirable
- Familiarity with food preparation and catering is a bonus
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
All employees must pass a level 2 background screening and drug test.
