About the Position
The Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking a skilled Seasonal Group Program Director to lead our Mobile Camp program. This position requires constant interaction with campers, providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to ensure a safe and enjoyable camping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assigned groups of campers in various activities, promoting engagement and participation.
- Maintain a safe and organized campsite, adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Supervise and mentor staff members, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in pre-service training, receiving certifications in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED and other relevant topics.
- Develop and implement group activities, demonstrating creativity and enthusiasm.
