• Review and update department policies, procedures, and job descriptions annually.
• Communicate policies effectively to staff, residents, families, and visitors.
• Assist with budget preparation and ensure expenses align with approved budgets.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate dietary staff, recommending personnel changes as needed.
