Position: Property Inspector / Field Sales Trainee

What You’ll Do:
- Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with old or damaged windows, doors, or roofing
- Speak with homeowners and educate them on products and financing options
- Schedule free in-home consultations and presentations
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- High energy and motivated to earn
- Willing to learn and be coached
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Experience in canvassing or sales is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation:
- Salary commission bonuses
- Earn up to $50,000 – $75,000 per year
