About the position:

The position of Housekeeper Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the Miami, FL facility is essential. This position ensures that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The Housekeeper will handle routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces, as well as attending to special cleaning projects as needed. Attention to detail and consistency are critical to ensuring the facility remains in pristine condition at all times.

Minimum qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role in commercial spaces.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting weight, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling procedures.

• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• Reliable, punctual person with good time management skills.

Preferred ratings:

• Experience working in commercial spaces and/or performing cleaning while customers or visitors are present.

• Familiarity with environmentally friendly and non-toxic cleaning products.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.

• Good communication skills to interact respectfully with clients and supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and accessories.

• Clean and disinfect offices, bathrooms, kitchenettes and other areas according to the facility, ensuring that all surfaces are hygienic and in perfect condition.

• Replenish supplies and notify management when inventory is low or replacements are needed.

• Report any maintenance problems or damage observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.

• Organize and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure efficiency and safety.

• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.

Skills:

The required skills, such as attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning techniques, are applied daily to ensure that every area is kept thoroughly clean and in optimal condition. Physical stamina and time management skills allow the Housekeeper to complete tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
