Role Description
We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position at our Orlando, FL location. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with parts inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role will involve managing inventory control, accurately processing sales orders, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals. The role requires an individual with an ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on maintaining positive relationships and providing effective solutions
- Experience in Sales and a proven ability to drive and close transactions successfully
- Proficiency in Inventory Control, including maintaining accurate records and overseeing stock levels
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in hydraulics, powertrain, or a related industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in sales or retail is advantageous
- Need to be able to stand, walk, crouch and lift objects up to 100 lbs.
- Need to be able to sustain hot work climate in warehouse for short periods of time
