Membership Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote – Florida Preferred)
The Florida Pest Management Association (FPMA) is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support membership recruitment, retention, and engagement. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who is organized, responsive, and comfortable with member outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Support membership recruitment, retention, and renewals
- Make regular outbound calls and follow up with members and prospects
- Manage invoicing, onboarding, and member communications
- Maintain accurate member data in the AMS (Naylor)
- Assist with email campaigns and outreach efforts
- Facilitate webinar sessions and manage logistics
- Ensure documentation and reporting requirements for FDACS are met
- Support CEU programs, events, and member engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a professional phone presence
- Comfortable making consistent outbound calls
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in virtual meetings/webinars
- Experience with CRM/AMS systems (Naylor preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office / G-Suite
Position Details
- Part-time: 25–30 hours per week
- Hourly position
- Remote (Florida-based candidates strongly preferred)
- Immediate need – start within 30–60 days
