Florida Perfection is a growing Southwest Florida vacation rental company, and we're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Marketing & Guest Services Assistant to join our team.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly alike. You'll work across operations, customer service, technology, property management, vendor coordination, social media and marketing, giving you the opportunity to learn how many different parts of a growing business work together.

Most importantly, this is a role with room to grow.

As you learn our business and demonstrate what you're capable of, you'll have opportunities to take on more responsibility, own specific areas of the business, and grow with the company.

What You'll Do

You'll play an important role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly while helping us improve and grow.

Your responsibilities may include:

Operations & Customer Service

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office
• Communicate with homeowners and respond to questions and requests
• Communicate with guests before, during and after their stays
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers
• Follow up on maintenance, repairs and property-related issues
• Help troubleshoot guest, homeowner and property issues
• Keep property and listing information accurate and up to date
• Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks

Technology & Systems

• Work with property management, reservation and other software platforms
• Learn and become proficient in new technology and systems
• Help identify opportunities to make our processes more efficient
• Troubleshoot problems and help develop practical solutions
• Look for ways to improve systems, workflows and the overall guest experience

Marketing & Social Media

• Assist with Facebook and Instagram management
• Create and schedule social media content
• Help develop property marketing and promotional campaigns
• Create marketing materials using Canva and other digital tools
• Assist with email marketing and other digital marketing initiatives
• Help identify new ideas for promoting our properties and growing the business

Growth & Responsibility

As you learn the business and demonstrate your abilities, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and ownership of specific areas of the company.

We're not looking for someone who wants to do the exact same tasks every day.

We're looking for someone who wants to learn, contribute and grow.

Most importantly, you have drive.

You don't need to know everything about vacation rentals when you start.

We'll teach you our systems, processes and the vacation rental business.

What we can't teach as easily is curiosity, initiative, work ethic and the desire to figure things out.

"That's not my job."

"How can I solve this?"

Experience That Would Be a Plus

Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required:

• Vacation rentals or property management
• Customer service
• Social media management
• Canva or graphic design
• Airbnb, VRBO or other vacation rental platforms
• Property management or reservation software
• Digital marketing
• Email marketing
