About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee short-term rental properties in the Cape Coral area. This is a field-based position, with approximately 90% of your time spent on the road, visiting homes for weekly property checks, guest check-ins and check-outs, and property staging.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly on-site inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and guest-ready
- Stage homes prior to guest arrival (beds, towels, lighting, welcome touches, etc.)
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm and professional experience
- Identify and report any property maintenance issues; coordinate with vendors or our internal team as needed
- Communicate clearly and promptly with the operations team, homeowners, and guests
- Ensure each property meets company standards for cleanliness, supplies, and guest experience
- Handle and resolve guest issues or concerns in a proactive and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of visits, property conditions, and task completion
- Follow established processes but also contribute ideas for improvement
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working weekends and on a flexible schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and act decisively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Able to lift moderate-weight objects (such as linens, supplies, propane tanks, etc.) and perform physical tasks as needed
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using scheduling apps and mobile tools
- Must be based in or near Cape Coral, FL
