Overview
An independent, modern, free-standing radiation oncology clinic is seeking a part-time, board-certified medical physicist to join our team in a job-sharing capacity. We are dedicated to delivering patient-centered oncology care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a broad range of treatment technologies and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, contributing positively to both patient care and team dynamics.
Our clinic features the following hardware and software systems. Experience with these systems is preferred.
- Varian TrueBeam
- Varian Eclipse
- Elekta Flexitron
- Elekta Oncentra
- Elekta Mosaiq
- Radformtion
- SNC Machine Software
- Siemens CT Simulator with 4D and respiratory gating capabilities
Qualified candidates should have experience with a range of treatment techniques.
- 3DCRT
- IMRT/VMAT
- IGRT
- SBRT/SABR
- SRS/SRT
- Electron beam therapy
- HDR brachytherapy including multi-catheter APBI, vaginal cylinder, and custom skin applicators
Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Physics or Medical Physics
- ABR Certification in Medical Physics
