- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments for team members or clients, ensuring efficient time management
- Handle office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and coordinating office repairs or services
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting client communication, responding promptly to inquiries, and assisting with customer support needs
- Perform clerical duties including word processing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports or correspondence
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and manage invoices
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
