We’re looking for a motivated Landscape Maintenance Business Developer to help grow our
commercial and residential maintenance divisions throughout North Central Florida.
Position Summary
The Business Developer is responsible for generating new landscape maintenance business
opportunities with both commercial and residential clients. This role requires strong
relationship-building skills, a results-driven mindset, and an understanding of what makes
landscapes thrive in Florida’s environment.
You’ll work closely with our operations and account management teams to ensure each new
client experiences SkyFrog’s signature quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and secure new commercial and residential maintenance accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOA boards, and
homeowners.
Conduct property assessments and prepare proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Attend local networking events and represent SkyFrog at FNGLA and industry functions.
Track leads, pipeline activity, and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
(landscape or property management preferred).
Knowledge of landscape maintenance services, horticulture, or Florida plant materials.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and organized, with strong follow-through.
Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
