About the Role: The Inventory/Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, logistics, inventory accuracy, and workflow efficiency of FNPA’s warehouse and distribution operations. This role supervises warehouse staff, coordinates product distribution to multiple park store locations, maintains inventory systems, oversees receiving and shipping operations, and ensures operational standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader with strong inventory control knowledge, logistics coordination experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position reports directly to the Director of Retail.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Oversight
· Oversee daily warehouse operations, workflows, and distribution activities
· Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse and retail store locations
· Review, investigate, and approve inventory adjustments related to discrepancies, damages, and expired products
· Monitor warehouse inventory levels and coordinate product reorders with vendors
· Generate inventory and operational reports as requested
· Ensure inventory transfers are completed accurately and timely within POS/Inventory systems
· Oversee organization and storage standards across all warehouse locations
Shipping, Fulfillment & Logistics
· Oversee online order fulfillment, wholesale shipments, and store delivery schedules
· Ensure shipping timelines, packing standards, and fulfillment accuracy are maintained
· Coordinate DRTO, store, and vendor shipments including UPS/FedEx labels and freight preparation
· Coordinate delivery schedules and operational priorities for all store replenishment orders
· Assist with warehouse fulfillment operations during high-volume periods as needed
Staff Leadership & Training
· Supervise, train, coach, and support warehouse associates
· Delegate warehouse tasks and operational priorities
· Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback on productivity and operational standards
· Support onboarding and training of new warehouse staff
· Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Operational Standards & Compliance
· Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards
· Complete monthly safety and building compliance inspections
· Ensure operational procedures and recordkeeping practices are followed consistently
· Monitor warehouse communication channels and coordinate operational needs with retail teams
· Oversee maintenance scheduling, inspections, and compliance for warehouse fleet vehicles
· Oversee vending machine operations, inventory replenishment schedules, and operational functionality
· Monitor vending product levels and coordinate restocking priorities with warehouse staff
· Troubleshoot vending equipment issues and coordinate repairs/service requests with vendors or maintenance providers
· Escalate unresolved vending equipment or operational issues to the Director of Retail as needed
· Maintain vending operational standards, cleanliness expectations, and service documentation
· Monitor vending sales trends and inventory needs to support operational efficiency
Administrative & Support Functions
· Order operational and retail supply materials for store locations
· Collaborate with the Director of Retail on operational planning and process improvements
· Support cross-functional retail and warehouse operations as needed
· Other duties as assigned

Work Experience Requirements:
· Warehouse experience of 3-4 years required
· Supervising experience of 2-3 years required
· Inventory quality control experience of 1-2 years required
· Must have valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle driving history
· Forklift certification (preferred not required)
Education Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required
· College degree or experience (preferred not required)
Work Environment:
· In person, Mon – Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM
· No remote work
· Sitting and computer work
· Standing and walking inside warehouse
· Ability to lift (45-50 pounds) and stock warehouse shelves, including bending and reaching
· Driving for extended periods of time ex: driving to store locations including a 5 hour round trip once a week, as needed
· Working outside warehouse – ex: loading vehicles, receiving deliveries, and delivering to stores
