Essential Duties:
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and proofread materials such as reports, memos, or presentations.
- Greet visitors and provide general information or direct them to the appropriate office.
- Assist students, faculty, or staff with basic inquiries.
- Help organize and set up for departmental events, workshops, or meetings.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of office equipment or software.
- Assist with tasks specific to the department's needs, which may include inventory management, scheduling meetings, or maintaining office supplies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Minimum Requirements:
- Full-time FMU student with a 2.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
- Flexible hours, typically up to 15-20 hours per week.
