RESPONSIBILITIES::
Quality Assurance, Compliance, Safety, and Training:
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance and safety procedures to uphold service standards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing non-emergency medical transportation.
- Oversee safety protocols, including driver training, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff, focusing on safety protocols, customer service, and efficient operations.
Operational Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies and plans to achieve the company's short-term and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align operational objectives with overall business objectives.
- Constantly assess market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of operations managers and supervisors, providing them with clear direction and performance objectives.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
Fleet and Resource Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and management of the company's transportation fleet, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety standards.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including vehicles, staff, and equipment, to meet the demands of daily operations and special projects.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance procedures to consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations governing non-emergency medical transportation services.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to conduct regular audits and inspections to address any potential issues proactively.
Customer Experience::
- Champion a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, emphasizing the importance of providing compassionate, reliable, and timely services to clients.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and work towards continuous improvement.
Process Improvement:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using transportation management software and related tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership role within the transportation, logistics, or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of non-emergency medical transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices preferred.
