FESTIVAL FOOD & DRINK SALES HELPER

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and friendly Festival Helper to join our team during festival events. This is a hands-on position where you will help with selling drinks and food, serving customers, taking orders, handling payments, restocking, and keeping our booth running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

You will help with a variety of tasks throughout the festival, including:

· Take customer orders for food and drinks

· Sell and serve beverages and food items

· Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude

· Answer basic questions about our menu and products

· Handle cash, credit card, or other customer payments

· Make change accurately and keep the sales area organized

· Help prepare and package food and drinks

· Hand orders to customers and make sure they receive the correct items

· Restock drinks, food, cups, containers, ice, napkins, and other supplies

· Keep the booth, counters, and customer area clean and organized

· Help with setup before the festival opens

· Help with packing up and cleaning at the end of the event

· Take out trash and help maintain a clean work area

· Help receive, move, and organize supplies when needed

· Work together with the team during busy periods

· Take on other reasonable tasks needed to keep the festival operation running smoothly

This Job Can Get BUSY!

Festival events can have long lines and very busy periods. We need someone who can stay calm, move quickly, and keep a positive attitude even when things get hectic.

You should be comfortable:

· Standing and walking for extended periods

· Working quickly during rush periods

· Talking to lots of different customers

· Handling multiple tasks at the same time

· Lifting and moving supplies when needed

· Working outdoors and in changing weather conditions

· Following food-safety, cleanliness, and workplace instructions

· Helping wherever the team needs you

Food service, restaurant, retail, sales, cashier, or festival experience is a plus, but not required.

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Little Helper to join our dynamic warehouse team! In this vital role, you will assist with a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of goods. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help keep our distribution center running seamlessly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse distribution, materials handling, and logistics processes while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Duties

• Assist with order picking using RF scanners and manual methods to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Load and unload shipments utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols
• Support inventory management activities by organizing stock, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records
• Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts safely to move large or heavy items within the warehouse
• Participate in shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper storage
• Follow OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols diligently during all tasks
• Help with manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to ensure efficient materials movement throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes is highly desirable
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and effectively
• Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus
• Strong attention to safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
