Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks.
- Safely and effectively use tools. (shovels, saws, and other construction equipment.)
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Communicate and coordinate with equipment operators using standard hand and arm signals to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other job site duties as assigned.
