Florida Keys Electric, Inc. is a Premier Electrical Contractor providing all aspects of electrical, low voltage, and fire alarm services throughout Key West and the Florida Keys.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to communicate with Contractors in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage project schedules to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain Change Orders and Logs.
- Responsible for preparation and buyout of Purchase Orders.
- Responsible for preparation and review of Submittals and Shop Drawings.
- Prepare and maintain Schedule of Values and Pay Applications throughout the Project duration.
- Review Contract Drawings and address RFI's in a timely manner.
- Submit As-Built Drawings and Warranty Documents.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Experience in the electrical industry.
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required.
- Ability to interpret, read and understand drawings, scope of work and project schedules.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
