As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and professional bilingual Call Center Representatives to join our in-office team in Pembroke Pines, FL. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on setting appointments for our in-home design consultations.Position OverviewThe Call Center Representative is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and scheduling qualified appointments for our design team. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries to schedule in-home consultations
- Clearly communicate our roofing, impact window, and door services to prospective customers
- Qualify leads and book appointments based on location and team availability
- Accurately enter and manage lead data within our CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Prior experience in a call center or fast-paced customer service role
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Appointment-setting or home improvement industry experience is a plus
- Reliable, goal-oriented, and able to work evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with CRM systems is preferred
